10 DC Coffee Shops You Gotta Try

Everyone that knows me knows that I am a smidge (read: majorly) addicted to caffeine. Several cups of coffee in the morning, maybe one in the afternoon, and there is definitely a Diet Coke in there too! Well— being such a coffee fanatic, I have found 10 coffee shops that are must trys!

1. The Wydown Coffee Bar (1924 14th St NW): Nestled in the dynamic U Street neighborhood, The Wydown Coffee Bar stands out for its commitment to providing an exceptional coffee experience. BONUS SPOT: This one isn’t in DC, but since moving to Hyattsville it is my favorite coffee shop to go to (especially since it’s a 5 minute walk from my house).

11. Vigilante Coffee (4327 Gallatin St, Hyattsville, MD):Venture just outside the District to Hyattsville, Maryland, and you’ll discover Vigilante Coffee. While not within the city limits, Vigilante’s commitment to quality and craft demands recognition. This local roastery and coffee bar have made a name for themselves with ethically sourced beans and a meticulous roasting process. The journey to Vigilante Coffee promises a rewarding experience for those who appreciate artisanal coffee in a welcoming and unassuming setting.
